Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Create financial dashboards and management reports
