Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, accounting or related fields
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close processes
- Experience with treasury, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in fast-growing startups, tech companies, or international environments
- Familiarity with BI tools, accounting systems and financial systems
Responsibilities
- Own and support core finance operations across accounting, FP&A, treasury, reporting, and business analysis
- Support the monthly close process, including reconciliations, accruals, variance review, and financial statement analysis
- Monitor cash position, support treasury management, and manage cash flow planning and forecasting
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, operational decisions, and resource allocation
- Analyze monthly financial results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and operational performance
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, contractor payments, and related finance workflows
- Improve and automate financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across financial systems
