Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience
- French and English speaking
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring and administering Atlassian products and Marketplace applications
- Proven success delivering cloud migrations, process transformations, or enterprise tool implementations
- Strong experience working with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related ecosystem tools
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and project delivery workflows
- Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills
- Experience participating in discovery workshops
Responsibilities
- Modernize collaboration, service management, and engineering workflows using the Atlassian ecosystem
- Deliver cloud migrations, process transformations, and enterprise tool implementations
- Participate in discovery workshops to define business outcomes, tool architecture, and process alignment
- Configure Atlassian and other SaaS platforms based on evolving client requirements
- Create training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoption
- Manage multiple parallel engagements and client priorities
