Requirements
- 7+ years experience with Java or Golang
- 7+ years working in an agile environment
- 5+ years experience with database design and performance tuning
- 5+ years of experience with Google Cloud or another cloud platform
- 3+ years working as a full stack engineer
- 2+ years leveraging AI centric software development tools, frameworks and processes (cursor/claude/copilot)
- Knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and test robust and scalable backend microservice applications and front-end micro UI.
- Contribute to the architectural decisions of software solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Provide technical insights.
- Peer review code of other developers on the agile team.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
