Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise
- Proficiency in Agent Skills, SKILL.md, and Managed Agents
- Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SSE/streaming data patterns
- Understanding of SCIM, RBAC, governance, and enterprise administration
- Experience working with Anthropic platform APIs and enterprise AI tools
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance workflows and AI agent systems powered by Claude
- Develop and manage Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites
- Contribute to Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and coordination of multiple agents
- Set up enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines
- Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Partner with technology leadership to deliver AI solutions ready for production
