Strong understanding of interactive e-learning principles
Competence in setting up quizzes, branching logic, and interactive learner flows

Responsibilities

Build and structure online learning modules within an LMS/LXP platform
Translate scripts, outlines, storyboards, presentations, and activities into functional e-learning content
Implement interactive elements including knowledge checks, branching logic, and learner feedback states
Integrate video and supporting media assets into modules
Conduct thorough technical QA for functionality, navigation, and formatting
Implement client review feedback efficiently without technical regressions
Use AI tools to support efficient course development and validate AI outputs
