Requirements
- 2 - 4 years experience in graphic design, paid social creative, performance creative, or digital content production
- Strong portfolio showing paid media creatives across static, video, and motion formats
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar
- Experience creating ads for Meta and other digital platforms with a clear understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
- Good understanding of direct response creative principles and performance-driven design
- Ability to work across multiple briefs and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines while producing fresh ideas
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing paid media creatives across static, motion, and video formats
- Create ad assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and other paid channels
- Develop creative concepts for customer acquisition, retargeting, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Edit short-form videos for paid social using existing footage, UGC, motion graphics, and AI-assisted tools
- Produce static ad variations for testing different hooks, messages, offers, and formats
- Work closely with the paid media team to understand performance insights and translate them into better creative output
- Support creative testing by developing multiple variations of winning concepts
- Ensure all assets are delivered in the correct sizes, formats, and specifications for each platform
- Help evolve and maintain a library of creative templates, design systems, and reusable ad components
- Use AI tools where appropriate to support ideation, production speed, and creative iteration
