Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in supplier operations, product data management, supply chain operations, or business analysis.
  • Experience working with large, structured product data including attributes, taxonomy, and pricing files.
  • Understanding of ERP systems, PIM tools, automated data ingestion, or supplier integration processes.
  • Strong process documentation, workflow improvement, and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Experience working with technical teams using SQL, XML, JSON, EDI, or APIs.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce content, product enrichment, or SEO-supporting data.
  • Highly organized with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier onboarding into standardized data, pricing, purchase order, and content workflows.
  • Own the scheduling, validation, and accuracy of supplier price file updates.
  • Coordinate testing and onboarding of order-related data feeds.
  • Own product data standards, including attributes, taxonomy, validation rules, and documentation.
  • Oversee item creation and maintenance workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes, and reduce manual work.
  • Track and report KPIs such as onboarding cycle time, pricing accuracy, and data completeness.
  • Manage and support a small specialized team.
  • Partner with Procurement, eCommerce, Marketing, and IT on system configuration and automation.
