Responsibilities
- Drive interest and manage sales flow for the Digital Visibility Audit
- Perform proactive sales follow-up with leads
- Own client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain data integrity within GoHighLevel CRM
- Manage and troubleshoot calendar and email integrations
- Coordinate with leadership team and manage event guest lists
- Design presentation decks using PowerPoint and Canva
- Create social media content including Reels and static posts
- Establish and maintain organized folder systems in Canva
- Evaluate and improve business SOPs and workflows
