Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, recruiting, or related HR function.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through the full onboarding journey including offers and documentation.
- Coordinate candidate training schedules for remote, onsite, or hybrid sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires.
- Complete background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Maintain records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams.
- Monitor and report on onboarding KPIs.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with EEO and ADA legislation.
