  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Guide candidates through the full onboarding journey including offers and documentation.
  • Coordinate candidate training schedules for remote, onsite, or hybrid sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires.
  • Complete background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Maintain records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding KPIs.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with EEO and ADA legislation.
