Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal contract management
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS
- Experience negotiating NDAs, MSAs, and teaming agreements
- Ability to manage Service Contract Act compliant contracts
- Experience supporting proposal development and pricing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with GSA schedules and CPARS
- NCMA CPCM or CFCM certification highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle for federal, state, and local government agreements
- Draft, review, and approve contract documents including statements of work, task orders, and modifications
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other regulations
- Lead negotiations on pricing, deliverables, and terms with government contracting officers
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and financial risks
- Support audit readiness and CPARS reporting
- Oversee GSA schedule contract management
