Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience in technology, energy, or similarly complex B2B/platform environments.
- Strong expertise in residential solar, energy storage, or adjacent renewable energy markets.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, revenue modeling, and financial product design.
- Track record of taking products from concept through scale in partner-led or ecosystem-based businesses.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with comfort in complex system analysis.
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with strong ownership and the ability to operate in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for TPO offerings, from strategy and roadmap development to execution and optimization.
- Driving market expansion initiatives, including exploration of direct-to-consumer and adjacent residential energy opportunities.
- Developing and refining pricing strategies and revenue models in collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations teams.
- Identifying core customer and partner pain points and designing scalable, system-level solutions to address them.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
- Translating complex market, technical, and financial dynamics into clear product direction and executive-level narratives.
- Ensuring ecosystem alignment across homeowners, installers, capital providers, and platform stakeholders.
