Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or art direction with a strong and versatile portfolio
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end creative projects from concept through execution in fast-paced environments
- Strong expertise in typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and overall design aesthetics
- Advanced experience creating multi-channel content including digital, social, web, video, print, and experiential design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools and workflows
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into impactful creative work
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present, defend, and refine design decisions
- Motion design, animation, or event design experience is a strong plus
- Strong collaborative mindset with experience working across marketing, product, and business teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve brand identity systems, style guides, and visual frameworks ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead the creation of high-impact marketing campaigns and multi-channel content across digital, social, web, and physical experiences
- Partner with product, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and strategically aligned visual storytelling
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative execution, ensuring all designs are both visually strong and purpose-driven
- Produce a wide range of creative assets including digital ads, social content, presentations, videos, web assets, and experiential materials
- Lead end-to-end creative initiatives from concept to execution, driving clarity and excellence across all deliverables
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all brand expressions while continuously refining creative standards
- Contribute to art direction for campaigns, ensuring strong alignment between messaging, visuals, and audience needs
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
