- Proven expertise in forecasting, workforce planning, process improvement, and operational scalability.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and operational models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing PSA platforms, reporting solutions, or workflow management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and resource management initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability by monitoring utilization metrics and optimizing margins.
- Design and implement scalable professional services workflows.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee services pipeline, backlog management, and operational governance.
- Manage billing operations, invoicing, and revenue leakage mitigation.
- Optimize professional services systems and tools.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and organizational change.
