  • Experience managing PSA platforms, reporting solutions, or workflow management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Drive operational efficiency and profitability by monitoring utilization metrics and optimizing margins.
  • Design and implement scalable professional services workflows.
