Requirements
- Strong experience in go-to-market enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, revenue operations, or related strategic roles.
- Proven ability to design and execute enablement programs that support product positioning, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and operational teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities with experience delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership or executive stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and lead initiatives across distributed or virtual teams without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure enablement effectiveness and optimize strategies using performance data and feedback.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills suited for fast-paced and evolving business environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales enablement tools, automation workflows, or modern GTM technology platforms is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic product launch enablement initiatives aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including training materials, playbooks, competitive intelligence, and sales readiness resources for customer-facing teams.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, sales, customer success, professional services, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment on launch strategies, timelines, and success metrics.
- Develop scalable and standardized launch frameworks that improve consistency, efficiency, and collaboration across go-to-market functions.
- Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of enablement materials, using performance metrics and feedback to optimize programs and improve outcomes.
- Support customer-facing teams with messaging, objection handling strategies, pricing guidance, and value proposition development to drive successful product adoption.
- Maintain visibility into ongoing product launches, migrations, and upgrades while ensuring alignment with broader commercial priorities.
- Present strategic recommendations and enablement insights to stakeholders and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
