Requirements

  • Advanced degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (FDA, OIG, HIPAA).
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience developing scientific content and training programs for customer-facing medical teams.
  • Knowledge of neuroscience, disease management, or field medical operations is a strong advantage.
  • Previous field medical or Medical Science Liaison experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of field medical content strategies across Neuroimmunology and Neurodegeneration therapeutic areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content priorities and deliver high-quality scientific materials.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for MSLs.
  • Ensure all resources remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Partner with field leadership to adapt tools and messaging to local healthcare needs.
  • Support major medical congress planning activities.
  • Gather field insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and training outcomes.
