Requirements
- Advanced degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (FDA, OIG, HIPAA).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and operate in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Experience developing scientific content and training programs for customer-facing medical teams.
- Knowledge of neuroscience, disease management, or field medical operations is a strong advantage.
- Previous field medical or Medical Science Liaison experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of field medical content strategies across Neuroimmunology and Neurodegeneration therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content priorities and deliver high-quality scientific materials.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for MSLs.
- Ensure all resources remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Partner with field leadership to adapt tools and messaging to local healthcare needs.
- Support major medical congress planning activities.
- Gather field insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and training outcomes.
