Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Customer Engineer, or similar positions focused on cloud technologies and AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Strong technical expertise in GPU computing environments, including ML training, inference workloads, and GPU technologies such as CUDA or OpenCL.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with a consultative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with distributed AI/ML systems, HPC orchestration frameworks, or deep learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools from major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or NVIDIA ecosystems.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers, supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI/ML workloads in large-scale GPU cloud environments.
  • Guide customers in designing scalable architectures for machine learning training and inference, ensuring performance, reliability, and seamless integration.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities, support technical presentations, and contribute to customer growth strategies.
  • Partner with internal product and engineering teams by sharing customer feedback, communicating feature requests, and helping align product capabilities with client needs.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support customers with Infrastructure as Code implementations, Kubernetes deployments, and cloud automation best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring initiatives, and continuous improvement across customer-facing technical operations.
