Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
- 2+ years of QA automation experience in cloud environments
- Experience with manual and automated testing of UI and web services
- Strong proficiency in QA automation frameworks, scripting, and coding
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to work across the full technology stack (front-end and back-end)
- Experience engineering in Linux or MacOS environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Operate as a self-sufficient, T-shaped, QA Automation engineer
- Design, implement, maintain, and administer automated test frameworks
- Build new QA automation tests in parallel with development
- Support manual QA testing and convert manual cases to automated
- Work with TechOps to deploy tests in CI/CD process
- Author and maintain technical documentation
- Create and document test plans
- Identify, report, and triage bugs
- Perform root-cause analysis on defects
