Responsibilities
- Lead 1:1 discovery conversations with law firm owners.
- Diagnose revenue goals, failure patterns, and growth bottlenecks.
- Determine program fit and guide qualified leads toward enrollment.
- Respectfully disengage with leads who are not a fit.
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage and thoughtful follow-up.
- Enroll owners into virtual bootcamps and membership waiting lists.
- Collaborate with the team and travel to live events and conferences.
