Responsibilities

  • Lead 1:1 discovery conversations with law firm owners.
  • Diagnose revenue goals, failure patterns, and growth bottlenecks.
  • Determine program fit and guide qualified leads toward enrollment.
  • Respectfully disengage with leads who are not a fit.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Enroll owners into virtual bootcamps and membership waiting lists.
  • Collaborate with the team and travel to live events and conferences.
