Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial real estate, development, or construction management
- Hands-on experience managing tenant improvements or ground-up retail/consumer builds
- Comfort navigating permitting processes
- Strong eye for design
- Detail-oriented with an ownership mentality
Responsibilities
- Perform site selection and market analysis across Western U.S. markets
- Lead lease negotiations
- Manage TI buildouts of 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft from contract to certificate of occupancy
- Oversee TI bidding and GC management for multiple concurrent projects
- Handle permitting and municipal approvals
- Manage budgets for every project
- Make key aesthetic decisions and hold contractors accountable for scope, budget, and deadlines
