Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related accounting field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working experience with NetSuite is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage eCommerce customer accounts and ensure accurate financial transaction data.
- Perform eCommerce accounting operations, including revenue reporting, sales tax, 606 reporting, and monthly reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and record journal entries in NetSuite.
- Assist with monthly eCommerce revenue accounting.
- Handle cash applications and reconcile them to completion.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash applications.
- Collaborate with customers and the credit department for payment clarifications.
- Interact with customers and internal departments on account inquiries.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Assist with various special accounting projects.
