Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Experience supporting a large and active client base within the real estate market
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Strong computer skills
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns
- Conduct tax planning and projections
- Perform tax research, resolution, and correspondence
- Manage client information requests and deliverables
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns
- Maintain quality standards
- Provide support on special tax projects
- Collaborate with staff, clients, and management
