- Ability to handle complex and sensitive employee issues while maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a high say/do ratio
- Customer service approach to business partnering
- Experience of working remotely and coordinating with global team members (bonus)
- Experience in a high-growth scaling environment (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams building trusted advisor status
- Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities within current processes and policies
- Partner to ensure sustainable and scalable processes are created
- Act as the expert for your function surrounding all projects and initiatives
- Support new and experienced people managers across the GTM function
- Deliver annual processes surrounding talent, performance, workforce management, attrition, and retention
- Deliver compensation analysis and learning & development initiatives
- Contribute to the enhancement and delivery of People team processes
