Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the development and delivery of training programs that leverage medical economics expertise.
- Provide customers actionable strategies for risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting.
- Participate in and contribute to certification programs for internal and customer-facing initiatives.
- Serve as an expert resource for medical economics-related workflows in value-based care.
- Partner with product, development, and data analytics teams to provide customer perspectives for feature enhancements.
- Identify gaps in training and enablement resources.
- Design impactful programs tailored to medical economics professionals.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and professional services to influence training and enablement content.
