Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience with HVAC spare parts (mechanical, electrical, and controls).
- Experience supporting startup and commissioning for HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Proven track record in inventory management and parts operations.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience preparing customer quotes and technical recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills for developing stocking and forecasting models.
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, and parts catalog systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory for startup, commissioning, and warranty service.
- Develop and oversee inventory control processes, cycle counts, and audits.
- Create predictive parts recommendations based on historical usage and failure rates.
- Prepare and deliver spare parts quotes to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with parts vendors.
- Lead and develop the Spare Parts Department team.
- Report on department performance, risks, and opportunities to the COO.
