Responsibilities

  • Data input and filing (paper and electronic)
  • Receiving, organising and processing information
  • Answering telephones and handling basic client queries
  • Producing benefit statements
  • Opting members into and out of the scheme
  • Processing refund requests
  • Guiding members through the retirement process and submitting applications
  • Gathering and distributing mail
  • Assisting the Senior Pensions Administrators with various duties
