Responsibilities
- Data input and filing (paper and electronic)
- Receiving, organising and processing information
- Answering telephones and handling basic client queries
- Producing benefit statements
- Opting members into and out of the scheme
- Processing refund requests
- Guiding members through the retirement process and submitting applications
- Gathering and distributing mail
- Assisting the Senior Pensions Administrators with various duties
