Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) with a strong ability to create high-quality written content and suggest enhancements
- Solid experience with administrative tasks and a strong command of Google Sheets / Excel (Intermediate level or higher)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Recruitment or Agency-related environment is highly desirable
- Experience managing and maintaining CRM systems is a significant advantage
- Impeccable attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere and manage your own invoicing (self-employed)
- Availability during core business hours (09:00 AM – 08:00 PM BST) for approximately 20-25 hours per week
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and creative personality with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to think outside the box
- A willingness to learn new skills and step out of your comfort zone
Responsibilities
- Craft and develop engaging job advertisements for various platforms, including paid media and social media
- Maintain and update our CRM dashboard, ensuring live vacancies are accurately displayed
- Manage and update interactive dashboards using Google Docs, Excel, and other tools to reflect active vacancies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our job advertisement partners
- Assist with reporting, follow up on client briefs, and arrange appointments for the company owner
- Drive continuous improvement within your area of responsibility
- Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed by the business
