Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and product problem-solving.
- High-quality UI execution skills.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, and responsive design.
- Deep understanding of design systems and component scalability.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Basic front-end understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces.
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
- Ensure design consistency and accessibility aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Run A/B tests across user flows and UI variations to optimize performance.
- Deliver developer-ready assets and specs to engineering and QA teams.
