- Knowledge of an ATS system (Workable)
- Knowledge of common job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed)

Responsibilities
- Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods
- Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process
- Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring
- Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience
- Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools
