Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally across in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, data, ML, or product-related roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to attract and close passive technical talent.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes, including intake, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior technical stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity about AI and willingness to learn how it enhances recruiting workflows and decision-making.
- Growth mindset with adaptability to fast-changing tools, environments, and priorities.
- Based in LATAM with availability to work aligned US-friendly hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-to-senior technical roles, including software engineers, data engineers, ML specialists, and technical product professionals.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters on role intake, calibration, and hiring strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, supporting long-term talent pipelines.
- Achieve sourcing, pipeline, and hiring targets while maintaining consistent recruitment execution standards.
- Actively use and evaluate AI-enabled recruiting tools, providing structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation of best practices across recruiting workflows.
