Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong experience with data modeling, data marts, and scalable analytical pipeline development.
- Advanced SQL expertise for transforming and managing large-scale datasets.
- Proven experience with dbt and code versioning tools such as Git and GitHub.
- Practical knowledge of Python for data extraction and orchestration workflows.
- Experience leading technical data squads within product-focused environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of analytical data models focused on product metrics and customer journey analysis.
- Act as the technical reference for the Analytics Engineering team, promoting best practices for data quality, version control, and documentation.
- Design, review, and optimize analytical pipelines using SQL, dbt, and related tools within the data stack.
- Ensure governance, reliability, and consistency of data used in dashboards, experimentation initiatives, and product analyses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads to define KPIs, identify business opportunities, support strategic decisions, and measure product impact.
- Mentor and support the technical growth of team members, fostering excellence in analytics engineering and product-oriented data practices.
- Drive innovation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of centralized and trusted metrics frameworks across the organization.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and impact-oriented team environment.
