- Deep knowledge of Commercially insured populations
- Results-oriented with the ability to exercise influence
- Proven track record of maintaining relationships with senior management
- Expert at business development at local and national level
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Commercial segment within the Strategic Payer Partnerships team
- Lead the evaluation and negotiation of health plan partnerships and value-based care contracts
- Qualify and source market growth for multi-year risk arrangements
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to shape contracting strategy
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, direct, and coach a team of senior leaders
- Foster a productive environment and culture
- Lead evaluation of health plan network participation agreements
- Build and deliver external facing materials
