  • Proven track record of maintaining relationships with senior management
  • Expert at business development at local and national level

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Commercial segment within the Strategic Payer Partnerships team
  • Lead the evaluation and negotiation of health plan partnerships and value-based care contracts
  • Qualify and source market growth for multi-year risk arrangements
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership to shape contracting strategy
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead, direct, and coach a team of senior leaders
  • Foster a productive environment and culture
  • Lead evaluation of health plan network participation agreements
  • Build and deliver external facing materials
