Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years in architectural leadership roles.
- Proven experience with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and conversational memory.
- Direct experience with AWS Bedrock, Guardrails, and cloud-native services.
- Experience designing offline-capable or edge AI systems with local inference and embedded data layers like SQLite.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Demonstrable usage of AI-forward tools like Claude and Cursor.
- Experience shipping innovation-driven programs under real time constraints.
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for a dual-mode agentic AI system across offline and cloud-connected environments.
- Drive architectural decision-making and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Act as the primary technical authority for the Engineering POD and client stakeholders.
- Utilize AI-forward development practices and tools as force multipliers.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, data synchronization, STT/TTS pipeline, and REST API surface.
- Lead agentic orchestration implementation and model evaluation.
- Drive iterative delivery and support stakeholder demonstrations.
