Requirements
- 1-2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Admin Specialist, or Operations Partner.
- Proven ability to manage calendars, inboxes, and C-level communication.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely with leaders across time zones.
- Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and priorities to ensure maximum productivity.
- Draft, proof, and send professional internal and external communications.
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Maintain dashboards and documentation in tools like Notion or Asana.
- Create, update, and refine SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Own complex calendar management and travel coordination.
- Handle inbox triage and administrative documentation.
- Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support decision-making.
