Requirements
- 10–18 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Deep expertise in endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, Windows, macOS).
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity management (Entra ID, PIM).
- Proficiency in security tools: Defender Suite, Sentinel, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware: Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.
- Proven track record with compliance standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
- Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell or Python.
- Understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills for working with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a high-ownership, lean startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end IT infrastructure including cloud environments, endpoint management, networking, and SaaS platforms.
- Administer MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune and Jamf for policy enforcement and device compliance.
- Manage the Microsoft 365 stack including Entra ID, SharePoint, and identity governance.
- Design and enforce Zero Trust security architecture and monitor security posture using Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.
- Oversee incident response and IT risk management in alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Manage networking infrastructure such as SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, and firewalls.
- Drive IT automation using PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, procurement, and asset tracking.
- Maintain audit readiness and IT policy documentation for life sciences compliance.
