Responsibilities
- Coach 40–50 founders one-on-one through monthly scaling cycles
- Guide clients through the Scaling Framework with clarity, focus, and discipline
- Build fast, lasting trust through radical candor and high-performance conversations
- Provide strategic insight and firm accountability to drive momentum and results
- Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and surface opportunities for acceleration
- Contribute to the evolution of our strategist systems and member experience
- Show up with unreasonable hospitality
