Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Experience testing mobile (iOS, Android) and web applications.
- Experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or WordPress.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- Ability to read Arabic for RTL content QA.
Responsibilities
- Review business requirements, user stories, and design specifications.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
- Perform functional and UI testing on iOS and Android devices.
- Execute cross-browser and responsive testing for web applications.
- Validate CMS-authored content, metadata, and media rendering.
- Perform accessibility validation aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Log and track defects in JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Perform API testing using Postman.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and standups.
