Responsibilities

- Recommend all-inclusive resorts that best match client needs and expectations
- Research resort options, amenities, and promotions using approved booking tools
- Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Assist with special requests, itinerary changes, and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate client records and manage booking documentation
- Stay updated on popular resort destinations, seasonal promotions, and hospitality trends
