Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, or health plan management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid or similar performance-based programs.
- Familiarity with CMS regulations and CMMI models.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, provider performance dashboards, or data visualization platforms.
- Deep familiarity with value-based care, healthcare quality measurement, and total cost of care.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare partnerships.
- Experience working with health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare associations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior point of contact and relationship owner for IHA across all Performance Measurement Programs.
- Lead IHA through onboarding, transition, and ongoing operations with Cozeva.
- Provide strategic thought leadership on program design, data methodology, and innovation opportunities.
- Maintain accountability for successful and timely delivery across CalPERS, CAPCI, and AMP/Atlas programs.
- Partner with Strategy & Operations, Product, Data, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute roadmaps.
- Serve as an executive-level resource for participating health plans.
- Coordinate partnership governance structures and decision-making frameworks.
- Oversee contracting alignment with Legal and Finance teams.
- Own executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
