Requirements
- 5+ years in performance engineering, TPM, platform TPM, or SRE roles.
- Hands-on experience shipping performance programs for SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience with load, stress, performance, or scalability testing.
- Deep familiarity with web performance metrics (FCP, LCP).
- Understanding of rendering, FPS, WASM memory, and mobile profiling.
- CI/CD and test automation expertise.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, AWS infrastructure, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on work with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship and AI-native products.
- Manage performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile environments.
- Lead observability and telemetry initiatives.
- Drive regression prevention and performance CI/CD strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional performance forums and incident mitigation.
- Facilitate customer engineering and enterprise readiness planning.
