Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Success Management and/or Project Management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- High team orientation and ability to improve internal processes.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Familiarity with Swiss culture and mentality.
- Native-level Swiss German (C2).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- French or Italian skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Proactive B2B customer support and continuous tool evaluation.
- Manage the Swiss customer base with decision-making responsibility.
- Onboarding new customers to ensure optimal product usage.
- Consulting B2B clients on technical and organizational questions.
- Coordinate and communicate within ongoing projects.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team.
- Provide on-site support to clients in addition to remote work.
