Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Success Management and/or Project Management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • High team orientation and ability to improve internal processes.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
  • Confident use of MS Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience working with large data sets.
  • Familiarity with Swiss culture and mentality.
  • Native-level Swiss German (C2).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • French or Italian skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive B2B customer support and continuous tool evaluation.
  • Manage the Swiss customer base with decision-making responsibility.
  • Onboarding new customers to ensure optimal product usage.
  • Consulting B2B clients on technical and organizational questions.
  • Coordinate and communicate within ongoing projects.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team.
  • Provide on-site support to clients in addition to remote work.
