Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing, designing, and testing Merchandise Operations or similar solutions
- In-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and data models
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management business processes
- Experience integrating data between Supply Chain and Merchandising applications
- Excellent computer skills including ERP, Cloud, Middleware, and client/server technology
- SQL Plus skills for data analysis
- Basic knowledge of Customer Support functions
Responsibilities
- Design solutions matched with client business needs
- Communicate functional capabilities and business process design decisions
- Deliver functional documentation and define data requirements
- Manage escalations from Tier 1/Tier 2 customers
- Develop client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct functional analysis sessions and requirements gathering
- Perform solution configuration, system testing, and quality assurance
- Provide functional expertise on development projects
