Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ATF development and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow features, workflows, and customization via scripting (e.g., JavaScript, APIs).
- Proficiency in automating test cases using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong understanding of test-driven development (TDD).
- Ability to create reusable ATF test cases and suites.
- Proven capability to identify defects and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience applying Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts.
- Execute ATF scripts for patching, version upgrades, and testing agile-developed stories.
- Write and maintain test-driven development (TDD) use cases.
- Troubleshoot issues during ATF execution and verify resolution.
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and identify test scenarios.
- Create and deliver detailed testing documentation, including defect reports.
- Research and implement best practices for ATF processes.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features and ATF advancements.
