Requirements
- Degree qualified, preferably with a strong focus on business and technology
- 5+ plus years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Google Suite tools
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of diligence, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluency in written and verbal English
Responsibilities
- Create reports by analysing data from multiple sources for various stakeholders
- Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and data models to support business strategy
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization
- Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven approaches
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear business impact narratives
- Maintain process documentation to support transparency and continuous improvement
