Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and lead scoring models
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work remote during U.S. business hours

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows
  • Implement and refine lead scoring models
  • Test workflows to ensure accurate triggers, logic, and execution
  • Create, test, and deploy email campaigns
  • Integrate automation platforms with CRMs
  • Track campaign attribution from engagement to revenue
  • Maintain clean, accurate lead databases
  • Monitor campaign performance including conversion rates and ROI
  • Build dashboards in reporting tools
