Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
- Hands-on experience building workflows and lead scoring models
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remote during U.S. business hours
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows
- Implement and refine lead scoring models
- Test workflows to ensure accurate triggers, logic, and execution
- Create, test, and deploy email campaigns
- Integrate automation platforms with CRMs
- Track campaign attribution from engagement to revenue
- Maintain clean, accurate lead databases
- Monitor campaign performance including conversion rates and ROI
- Build dashboards in reporting tools
