Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of franchise operations, multi-unit leadership, or field support experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing operational support teams.
- Demonstrated experience coaching franchise owners or multi-unit operators on business performance and profitability.
- Experience supporting beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-based franchise systems.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
- Strong business and operational acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25–35%).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on rental vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Drive franchisee engagement, operational consistency, and unit-level economic performance across the Drybar system.
- Coach franchise owners on revenue growth, profitability, staffing, membership performance, and guest experience.
- Lead and develop a team of Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers supporting the Drybar franchise network.
- Establish accountability, coaching standards, and operational alignment across the team.
- Oversee operational execution of brand initiatives, programs, and strategic priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support successful project management and rollout execution.
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners through consistent communication, visibility, and partnership.
- Lead operational meetings, webinars, business reviews, and franchisee engagement forums.
- Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and operational risks.
