Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Public Trust Clearance (any agency) required.
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Must reside in and perform work in the United States.
- 12+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in CSM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Certified in CIS - Customer Service Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery with clients and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
- Translate business processes into detailed technical designs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor on platform capabilities and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
- Design and oversee integrations and automation workflows.
- Develop and lead quality assurance and testing strategies.
- Ensure projects are staffed with appropriately skilled and certified resources.
- Define and enforce security and compliance requirements.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Mentor and coach team members to support career development.
