- Commitment to personalizing learning for all students
- Demonstrates a belief in all students’ ability to succeed and meet high expectations
- Differentiates instruction based on student level of mastery
- Augments course content according to prescribed policies and procedures
- Maintains grade book and makes student placement/promotion decisions
- Prepares students for high stakes standardized tests
- Establishes and maintains positive rapport with families
- Supports learning coaches/parents with curricular and instructional issues
- Travels as required for professional development and student testing
