Requirements
- 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in a healthcare or insurance environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of physician recruitment, medical specialties, and terminology.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of federal/state healthcare compliance standards.
- Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to provide and maintain reliable, high-speed, uninterrupted internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate physician fee schedules and contract terms within company guidelines.
- Onboard new physicians, including collecting agreements, CVs, and required compliance documentation.
- Manage and maintain physician records, including fee updates, W9/remittance changes, and doctor group categorization.
- Execute outreach for refunds and recoupments, collaborating with Finance and Legal departments.
- Lead contract renegotiations for existing physicians for pricing changes or special initiatives.
- Recruit specialists to fulfill high-priority open service requests (OSRs) and provide progress updates.
- Assist physician reviewers with technical issues or case-specific inquiries.
- Research and source new panel options based on client demand and network gaps.
