Requirements

  • 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in a healthcare or insurance environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of physician recruitment, medical specialties, and terminology.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of federal/state healthcare compliance standards.
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Ability to provide and maintain reliable, high-speed, uninterrupted internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate physician fee schedules and contract terms within company guidelines.
  • Onboard new physicians, including collecting agreements, CVs, and required compliance documentation.
  • Manage and maintain physician records, including fee updates, W9/remittance changes, and doctor group categorization.
  • Execute outreach for refunds and recoupments, collaborating with Finance and Legal departments.
  • Lead contract renegotiations for existing physicians for pricing changes or special initiatives.
  • Recruit specialists to fulfill high-priority open service requests (OSRs) and provide progress updates.
  • Assist physician reviewers with technical issues or case-specific inquiries.
  • Research and source new panel options based on client demand and network gaps.
