Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- 3+ years of experience with Databricks
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses, and familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes, product performance, and customer experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data quality checks and working with data engineers to resolve any issues.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics, and apply new techniques to enhance our analytics capabilities.
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
